If you or your child require medical or mental health support, I encourage you to seek advice from an appropriately qualified health professional.
Many families choose to work with me alongside their existing healthcare providers.
No Guarantees
Every child, parent and family is unique.
While I am deeply committed to providing thoughtful, evidence-informed and compassionate support, I cannot guarantee particular outcomes.
Growth and change depend on many factors, including each family’s circumstances, consistency, readiness and individual needs.
Your Responsibility
By participating in my services you acknowledge that:
- You remain responsible for decisions regarding your child.
- You are free to choose which suggestions or strategies feel appropriate for your family.
- You understand that educational and mentoring support is different from medical treatment.
Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, complementary therapy intended to support the body’s natural capacity for balance and wellbeing.
It is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
Any health concerns should always be discussed with your medical practitioner.
Tutoring
Tutoring aims to support learning, confidence and engagement.
While many children experience significant progress, outcomes cannot be guaranteed as learning is influenced by many individual factors.
Online Sessions
For online mentoring, consultations and tutoring sessions, clients are responsible for:
- Having a reliable internet connection.
- Joining sessions on time.
- Ensuring they are in a quiet, private environment where they can participate without interruption.
- Letting me know as soon as possible if they need to reschedule.
While every effort will be made to begin sessions on time, occasional technical issues may occur. If a session is interrupted due to techni
cal difficulties, we will work together to arrange an appropriate solution.
Confidentiality
Your privacy is important to me.
Information shared during sessions will be treated with care and respect and kept confidential wherever possible.
However, confidentiality may be limited if I believe there is a serious risk of harm to you, your child or another person, or where disclosure is required by law.
Any personal information collected is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy on this website.
Respectful Relationship
I strive to create a space where every family feels welcomed, respected and free from judgement.
I ask that all communication remains respectful and considerate. Should behaviour become abusive, threatening or inappropriate, I reserve the right to end a session or discontinue our professional relationship.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule an individual appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.
Specific cancellation policies for individual services or programmes will be outlined at
